How to Generate my COA CheckPass Code?
Launch your COA CheckPass app
Select the GENERATE MY CHECKPASS
Fill in the form with your Full Name, Contact Number, Address and Health Information.
Click the SAVE button. All the data will be stored safely and locally.
Where to Scan the Code?
Find posters with especially marked COA CheckPass code and scan using the app.
If you do not have internet connection, you need to present your COA CheckPass Code and let the area personnel scan your code.
How to Update my Health Information?
The app will prompt and require you to update your health information everyday. To update it manually just head over to the My Health Form menu.
